The Chronic Disease List (CDL)
The following chronic conditions (listed alphabetically) are covered under the PMB benefit. If you suffer from one or more of these listed conditions, medicine treatment and care of these will be covered with no limits, subject to your scheme’s applicable rules and registration procedures.
If the disease, you are suffering from, is not on the list, the disease is not considered to be a CDL condition. It may however still be covered by another benefit, or not reimbursed at all, subject to your Medical Scheme’s applicable rules according to the option you have chosen.
