Information Relevant to	Discontinuation of Scheme Option
Effective Date	1 January 2010

With effect 1 January 2010, Good Hope’s Super 100 option will be discontinued. The Super 100 option members will be joining other medical schemes effective 1 January 2010.

Mediscor will still accept resubmissions until 30 April 2010 under the Good Hope Mediscor claiming code MDS1402.

PLEASE NOTE:

The Makoti option of Good Hope Medical Society is still active and can be claimed under the Mediscor claiming code MDS0036. Please refer to the Mediscor Notification N21-09 of 2009.
