How do I obtain authorisation for my CDL medicines?
Your Medical Scheme will be using custom-made medicine lists, also called formularies, to manage your CDL medicine benefit. This could be a Mediscor formulary (called Extended, Standard Basic or Essential), your scheme’s own formulary or a formulary from another organisation.
* Please note that members from the following Medical Schemes will need to obtain authorisation for all their CDL medicines:
